How the auction list works

Run bids on paper
Print a bid sheet for each item. Online bidding is not open yet, so guests bid on paper and you use Record winner.
Close the auction
You get one list of winners and what each owes.
Collect and mark paid
Collect cash or a check from each winner. Mark it received on the list.
