Free to set up, no contract. Your golfers download nothing. Redswing never holds your money.

Until card payments open, you're billed $5 per golfer who pays you directly or that you add, up to $299 per event, after the event. When card payments open, golfers pay the $5 inside the price instead (or you can cover it). 0% on sponsorships, auction, add-ons and donations.

Part 1

Before the day

  • Event page and sign-ups

    Share one page where golfers sign up. Free and comp sign-ups work today (comp golfers count as golfers you add by hand), and golfers can reserve a spot and pay you directly.

  • Sponsors

    Offer hole and tier packages and record who has paid. See whose sign is still needed.

  • Your golfer list

    Bring last year's spreadsheet instead of typing everyone in again. Save it as a CSV file first.

Part 2

On the day

  • Check-in

    Check golfers in at the desk, or let them check in on a tablet.

  • Pairings and printed sheets

    Build pairings once. Print the tee sheet, cart signs and scorecards.

  • Live scoring and leaderboard

    Golfers score from a link or a QR code. No app, no login. The leaderboard updates on the clubhouse TV.

  • Silent auction

    Keep your auction items and winners on one list. Online bidding and card payments are not open yet, so you collect from winners yourself.

Part 3

After the day

  • Board report and tax letters

    One report for your board, the morning after. It shows what you recorded.

  • Next year

    Copy this event in one click. Your settings and sponsor tiers come with it. Golfer data does not.

Run it your way

  • On your event page

    Golfers sign up on a page you share. Free and comp sign-ups work today; comp golfers count as golfers you add by hand.

  • By check or cash

    Golfers reserve a spot and pay you directly. You mark it received: Got cash, Got check or Comp.

  • On paper

    Print scorecards and cart signs as a backup on the day.

Questions organizers ask

Do my golfers need to download an app?
No. Golfers open a link or scan a QR code and tap their score. No app and no login.
What if some golfers do not get texts?
Golfers can scan their group's QR code, or you can copy the link and send it yourself.
Can I bring last year's list?
Yes. Save your spreadsheet as a CSV file and upload it. Imported golfers are not signed up for texts until they say yes themselves.
Can I print a backup?
Yes. Print the tee sheet, cart signs and scorecards in one click.
Who do I contact on event day?
Email hello@redswing.io and we'll get back to you. There is no event-day phone line, so print a paper backup of your tee sheet and scorecards before the day.
