Help the outings at your course run smoothly on event day.

Tell us about your course

This is a small pilot. There is no money either way between your course and Redswing.

For organizers: It's free to set up. Golfers you add, or who pay you directly, are $5 each, up to $299 per event, billed after the event. If golfers play free and no money is collected, nothing is billed. For now, golfers pay the organizer directly; card payments through Redswing aren't open yet.

What it does for an outing at your course

  • One list

    The organizer keeps one golfer list. It becomes the pairings, the tee sheet and the cart signs.

  • Paper for your starter

    The organizer prints the tee sheet and scorecards. Your starter can work from the printed sheet.

  • Scoring from a link

    Golfers score from their phones. The leaderboard shows on the clubhouse TV.

Golfers at your course's outings can tick an optional box to share their name and email with you. The box is not ticked for them, and you never get phone numbers. You see these contacts after we confirm you.

Do we have to change how we run outings?
No. The organizer runs their outing on Redswing. Your tee sheet, your pricing and your booking process stay as they are.
What do golfers need to do?
Nothing to install. Golfers score from a link or a QR code on their phone. No app and no login.
What does it cost the course?
Nothing. The course pays nothing and is not paid anything. There's nothing to install.
Who sees an outing's information?
The organizer owns their outing. You see only what golfers choose to share with you.
What do we get from golfers?
Golfers at your course's outings can tick an optional box to share their name and email with you. The box is never ticked for them. You never get phone numbers. You see these contacts only after we confirm you work at the course.

If you apply from the link we sent your course and use your course email, we can confirm you right away. Otherwise a person checks and emails you.
