SMS Messaging Policy

This policy describes the SMS text messaging program operated by Redswing Systems LLC (“Redswing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), 102 Boldleaf Ct, Cary, NC 27513, at redswing.io. Redswing is the charity golf tournament platform that sends these messages on behalf of event organizers who use our software.

Who sends the messages

Text messages are sent by Redswing Systems LLC through our messaging provider (Twilio) on behalf of the charity golf tournament organizer whose event you registered for. Each message relates to that specific event.

What messages you'll receive

If you opt in, you may receive recurring automated text messages related to your event, including:

Live scoring updates and leaderboard alerts
Tee-time, check-in, and event logistics reminders
Hole-in-one and contest alerts
Silent auction notifications, including outbid alerts, where applicable

How to opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box — which is not pre-selected — and providing your mobile number during event registration at redswing.io. Providing consent is not a condition of registering for or purchasing anything. We only send messages to participants who have provided prior express written consent.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the event and your participation. You may receive several messages on event day and fewer at other times.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Redswing does not charge you for receiving these messages.

Getting help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at hello@redswing.io.

Opting out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number. To opt back in, register again or reply START.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing. Your number is shared with our messaging provider (Twilio) solely to deliver these event-related messages. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
