Customizing your emails

Edit the registration receipt, donation thank-you, and pre/post-event emails.

On the Emails tab you can rewrite the emails your players and donors receive:

Registration confirmation and donation thank-you (sent automatically).
Pre-event reminder and post-event thank-you (you send these to all registrants).

Use variables like {{name}}, {{event_name}}, and {{amount}} — they fill in automatically per recipient. There's a live preview, and you can send a test to yourself before anything goes out.

Until card payments open, you're billed $5 per golfer who pays you directly or that you add, up to $299 per event, after the event. When card payments open, golfers pay the $5 inside the price instead (or you can cover it). 0% on sponsorships, auction, add-ons and donations.
