Common questions & quick fixes
Payments not enabled, emails not arriving, players can't score — quick answers.
"My event page won't take payments." Connect Stripe and make sure your dashboard shows Payments: Active. See Connecting Stripe.
"A golfer didn't get their confirmation email." Have them check spam, and confirm the email on their registration is correct. You can resend from the registrations list.
"Players can't open their scoring link." Make sure they registered with a phone number, and re-send scoring links. You can also hand them the link from the dashboard.
"The AI assistant says it can't generate suggestions." This needs an active AI key on the account and credits — it's optional and doesn't block anything else.
