Inviting your committee & giving the board access

Add teammates as editors, or give board members read-only access.

Open Team (top of your dashboard) to invite people by email. Each gets a role:

  • Admin — full access, plus managing the team.
  • Editor — can build and run events, but not manage the team or billing. Great for committee members.
  • Viewer — read-only. Perfect for board members who want to watch the dashboard and reports without changing anything.

They get an email invite; once they accept, they're in. You can change roles or remove people anytime.
