Open Team (top of your dashboard) to invite people by email. Each gets a role:
- Admin — full access, plus managing the team.
- Editor — can build and run events, but not manage the team or billing. Great for committee members.
- Viewer — read-only. Perfect for board members who want to watch the dashboard and reports without changing anything.
They get an email invite; once they accept, they're in. You can change roles or remove people anytime.
