Reports and data export

What you can export yourself and where to find payout and donation records for your treasurer.

You can export your registrations as a CSV file. Other records are viewed in the dashboard or in your payment processor.

Overview

The only self-serve CSV export for organizers is the registrations list. Money records are on other pages, and the payment processor's own reports are the best record for the books.

Export registrations

  1. Open Dashboard → Events → [Event] → Registrations.
  2. Click Export CSV. A file downloads with team, contact, players, payment status, and your custom question answers.
  3. Open it in Excel or Google Sheets.

Other records

  • Payouts page: click Open your payment account for balances and payout history. See When do I get paid?.
  • Donors: open Donors in the event menu to see donations and donors.
  • Post-event report: a PDF summary for your board. See What is in the post-event report.
  • Payment provider reports: your payment provider's own dashboard has transaction and payout reports.
  • Tax receipts: Download all letters (PDF) lists contributors and amounts.

What you cannot export today

There is no single CSV of all donations, sponsors, and auction wins. If your treasurer needs one, open Ask AI and ask for help.

Things to know

  • Keep exports private. They contain player names, emails, and phone numbers.
  • Do not email exports to anyone you do not trust. See Keeping your account secure.
