Publishing your event

Your event page is private until you click Publish event. Here is what to check first.

Your event page stays private while you set it up. When it is ready, publish it so golfers and sponsors can see it.

Before you publish

Check the date, course, start time and price in Settings → Event details.
Decide how golfers pay. While card payments are not open, turn on Let golfers reserve a spot and pay you directly on Get paid. See Letting golfers reserve a spot and pay you directly.
Fill in what golfers receive (round, cart, meal) in Tax & disclosures, so the tax notice is right.

Steps

Open your event in the dashboard.
Click Publish event on the event's main page.
Copy your event link (like redswing.io/events/your-event) and share it, or download the QR code.

Things to know

You can keep editing after you publish.
Publishing does not text or email anyone. You share the link.

Set up your event free

Until card payments open, you're billed $5 per golfer who pays you directly or that you add, up to $299 per event, after the event. When card payments open, golfers pay the $5 inside the price instead (or you can cover it). 0% on sponsorships, auction, add-ons and donations.
