Sharing your event page — social, QR codes, and tracking

Every event page comes with an auto-generated social card, ready-to-use share copy, downloadable QR codes, and anonymous tracking so you can see how your page is performing.

Overview

When you share your event page on Facebook, in email, or over iMessage, Redswing generates an Open Graph social card automatically, so the link shows a branded preview. The sharing area also gives you pre-written copy and QR codes for print and signage, plus a simple view of share and page-view activity.

How to share your event page

1. Open Dashboard and go to Events, then select your event.
2. Choose Customize and open the sharing area.
3. Copy the pre-written share copy for Facebook, email, or iMessage.
4. Paste it into your channel of choice and post.

How to download a QR code

1. In the sharing area, find the QR code section.
2. Choose PNG for most print uses, or SVG for large-format signage and banners.
3. Download the file and add it to flyers, table cards, or on-course signage.

How to view sharing activity

1. In the sharing area, open the tracking view.
2. Review share counts and page views.
3. Use the trend over time to gauge interest leading up to your event.
