Your post-event fundraising report

After the event, open the Post-event report page and click Generate report. Redswing pulls your real numbers — total raised, players, registration/auction/sponsor revenue, platform fees, net to charity, top auction items, the winning team — and writes a warm, board-ready summary around them.

The report includes an executive summary, a by-the-numbers section, what worked well, opportunities for next year, acknowledgements, and a ready-to-send donor thank-you template.

From there you can Download PDF to share with your board, Copy thank-you template, or Regenerate. The written narrative uses AI (an active AI key on your account); without one, you still get the full report with an auto-generated summary.
