Sending tax-deductible receipts to donors

Generate IRS-style acknowledgment letters with the correct deductible amount.

Donors need a written acknowledgment for their taxes, and the deductible amount isn't always the full amount paid. Redswing handles the math.

  1. Open the Tax receipts tab and enter your EIN and mailing address.
  2. Set the fair-market value per player (the value of the round, meals, and gifts a golfer receives). The deductible portion of a registration is the price minus this value.
  3. Donations are fully deductible; auction wins deduct the item's fair-market value.
