The compliance acknowledgment
A one-time review of your responsibilities you accept before running your first event.
Before your first event, Redswing asks you to review a short, one-time Platform compliance acknowledgment. It's not a dashboard to monitor — just four plain-language points to confirm you understand:
- Redswing is a technology platform — not a charity or fundraising counsel; your organization is responsible for following charitable-solicitation laws.
- IRS quid pro quo disclosures — you'll provide accurate fair-market values; Redswing computes the disclosures, but compliance is yours.
- SMS consent (TCPA) — you'll only text people who opted in.
- Direct donations are always free — Redswing charges 0% on donations, and you won't tell donors otherwise.
Check the box agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, click Acknowledge and continue, and you're set — you won't be asked again.
