Adding a golfer by hand

Put in a golfer who signed up by phone, email or on paper, so they are in your pairings and on the tee sheet.

Not everyone signs up on your event page. Use Add golfer for anyone who signed up another way.

Steps

  1. Open Dashboard → Events → [Event] → Registrations.
  2. Click Add golfer.
  3. Enter their name and email. Add a phone number only if they said they want texts.
  4. Choose how they paid: Cash, Check or Comp, or leave them unpaid for now and use Mark paid later.
  5. Save. They now appear in your list and can be placed in pairings.

Things to know

  • Golfers you add by hand are $5 each, up to $299 per event, billed after the event. See The per-golfer invoice after your event.
  • A golfer you add is not signed up for texts unless they agreed to receive them.
  • For a whole spreadsheet, use Import from CSV on the same page instead.

Until card payments open, you're billed $5 per golfer who pays you directly or that you add, up to $299 per event, after the event. When card payments open, golfers pay the $5 inside the price instead (or you can cover it). 0% on sponsorships, auction, add-ons and donations.
