Marking a golfer paid (Cash, Check or Comp)

When a golfer pays you directly, or you give them a free spot, use Mark paid so your list stays right.

Card payments are not open yet, so golfers who reserve a spot online pay you directly: cash, a check, or your own payment link. When the money arrives, mark them paid.

Steps

  1. Open Dashboard → Events → [Event] → Registrations.
  2. Find the golfer or team. Unpaid sign-ups are marked as waiting for payment.
  3. Click Mark paid on their row.
  4. Choose Cash, Check or Comp (a free spot you are giving away).
  5. Save. The row now shows how they paid.

Things to know

  • Redswing never holds your money. Cash and checks go straight to you.
  • Golfers you mark paid, and comp golfers, count as golfers you add by hand: $5 each, up to $299 per event, billed after the event. See The per-golfer invoice after your event.
  • If you marked the wrong golfer, open Ask AI and ask it to help you fix the record.

Until card payments open, you're billed $5 per golfer who pays you directly or that you add, up to $299 per event, after the event. When card payments open, golfers pay the $5 inside the price instead (or you can cover it). 0% on sponsorships, auction, add-ons and donations.
