Setting up a silent auction

On the Auction tab:

1. Add items — title, description, photo, minimum bid, and bid increment. To add many at once, click CSV template, fill it in, then Import items. The template columns are: item_number, title, description, category, fair_market_value, minimum_bid, bid_increment (title and a minimum bid are required). You'll see a preview to fix any errors before importing.
2. Optionally set a fair-market value (used for tax receipts).
3. Click Open auction when you're ready for bids.

Each item also gets its own public page (and a bid code for text-to-bid). Guests bid on the public auction page or by text. When the auction closes, run settlement to charge winners.
