Getting scores from players (scoring links)

Each group scores on a phone from a private link: by QR code, a link you share, or by text where texting is set up.

Each group gets a private link to score in their phone's browser. There is nothing to install. There are three ways to hand it out:

  • QR code: print the group QR codes (or show one on your phone) at check-in or on the cart signs.
  • Copy the link: open Scoring links on the group's card and copy the link to send it yourself.
  • By text: texting depends on carrier setup for your event. Where it is set up, open Dashboard → Events → [Event] → Scoring and click Text scoring links. Texts go only to players who opted in to texts. Where texting is not set up, use the QR code or the link. One scorer per group is enough: all links in a group open the same scorecard.

Players tap + or − to enter each hole, then Next hole. Scores flow to your live leaderboard.

Until card payments open, you're billed $5 per golfer who pays you directly or that you add, up to $299 per event, after the event. When card payments open, golfers pay the $5 inside the price instead (or you can cover it). 0% on sponsorships, auction, add-ons and donations.
