Hole-in-one alerts
Aces are detected automatically — you confirm, and the whole field can hear about it.
When any group enters a score of 1, Redswing automatically flags a possible hole-in-one — you'll see a "Possible hole-in-one — verify with group" alert on your dashboard.
Check with the group, then:
- ⛳ Confirm ace — marks it confirmed (and, if enabled, texts the field).
- Dismiss — if it was a mis-tap.
The celebratory text is opt-in. Only if you've turned on the hole-in-one SMS blast in your event settings will confirming send a message — and it goes only to players who consented to texts (TCPA). The message reads like: "⛳ HOLE-IN-ONE at [event]! [player] just made an ace on hole [#]! 🎉" Nothing sends without your confirmation.
