The Volunteers tab is a roster of your day-of crew.
Overview
For each volunteer you can record name, role (registration, beverage cart, spotter), phone, email, hole assignment, and shift. Use Copy roster to paste it into an email or a message.
What volunteers can and cannot do
- Volunteers do not get logins. They cannot see the dashboard.
- Redswing does not text volunteers, because it has no text consent record for them. Reach them from your own phone.
- To give a volunteer access to the dashboard, invite them as a team member. See Inviting your team.
