Card processors charge the organizer a fee on each card payment. Some payment forms let you add a little to cover it.
How it works
- The box reads Add $[amount] to cover card fees, with "Optional. So [organization] isn't charged card fees on your payment."
- It always starts unticked. Leave it if you prefer; nothing else changes.
- If you tick it, the amount is added to your total and goes to the organizer.
- It isn't Redswing's fee, and it isn't the booking fee.
Where you'll see it
On sign-ups paid by card, sponsor packages and on-course station payments. Not on the donate page.
Still need help? Your tournament organizer can fix this. Reply to your confirmation email (replies go to the organizer), or ask at the check-in desk on the day.
