For sponsors and donors

Give by cash or check

Hand a cash or check gift to the organizer; they add it to the event total.

You don't have to give online.

Steps

  1. Give your cash or check to the organizer or the check-in desk. Make checks out the way the organizer asks (usually to the charity).
  2. Include your name and email (on the check memo or a note) so they can thank you.
  3. The organizer records your gift so it counts toward the event's total.

If the event doesn't take cards online

The donate page says so. Leave your details and tap Send my details; the organizer contacts you about giving directly.

Receipts

No email is sent automatically for cash or checks. Ask the organizer if you need an acknowledgment letter from the charity.

Still need help? Your tournament organizer can fix this. Reply to your confirmation email (replies go to the organizer), or ask at the check-in desk on the day.
