Your logo shows on the event page and, depending on your package, on signs and the leaderboard TV. You can add it when you sponsor or send it later.
When you sponsor online
- On the sponsor form, find Logo (optional, but recommended).
- Tap the upload box and choose your logo file.
- Wait for the preview, then finish your sponsorship.
Files that work: JPG, PNG, WebP or SVG, up to 5 MB. A wide logo works best (the box is shaped about 16:9). A PNG or SVG with a see-through background looks cleanest.
Send it later
No logo handy? Skip it. After you pay, the page says The organizer will ask you for your logo. Email the file to the organizer when you have it. They can add it for you.
Tips
- Send the best file you have. A large PNG or an SVG prints sharper on signs than a small JPG.
- If the organizer prints signs, ask them for the deadline. Signs are often printed a week or more before the event.
Common problems
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| File too large (max 5MB) | Save a smaller copy, or email the file to the organizer. |
| Your file type isn't accepted | Save it as PNG or JPG. PDF and Word files aren't accepted in the upload box; email them to the organizer. |
Still need help? Your tournament organizer can fix this. Reply to your confirmation email (replies go to the organizer), or ask at the check-in desk on the day.
