Your payment went to the organizer's account, so the organizer decides on refunds.
Draft for legal review: This article describes how Redswing works in plain language. It is not tax or legal advice and an attorney has not reviewed it yet. Ask your own tax advisor or attorney about your situation.
Steps
- Reply to any email from the organizer. Say what you paid for, the amount and the date.
- Explain what you'd like (a refund, or a correction such as a double payment).
- If they agree, they refund the card payment from their side. It goes back to the card you used.
Good to know
- Refunds are the organizer's decision. Redswing doesn't set refund rules for sponsorships or gifts.
- For a sponsor package with golfer spots bought by card: If you are refunded, your booking fee is refunded too (in proportion, for a partial refund).
- Talk to the organizer before you dispute a charge with your bank. A dispute can take weeks; most mistakes are fixed faster directly.
Still need help? Your tournament organizer can fix this. Reply to your confirmation email (replies go to the organizer), or ask at the check-in desk on the day.
