Changing your event details

Change the name, date, course, start time or price after the event is created, in Settings → Event details.

You can change your event's basics at any time.

Steps

  1. Open Dashboard → Events → [Event] → Settings.
  2. Open Event details.
  3. Change what you need: name, date, start time, course, price or capacity.
  4. Click Save.

Things to know

  • If golfers have already signed up, tell them about a date or time change yourself. Redswing does not email them about it automatically.
  • Changing the price does not change what earlier golfers paid.
  • If you change the format or start type after pairings exist, check your pairings again before you print.

Until card payments open, you're billed $5 per golfer who pays you directly or that you add, up to $299 per event, after the event. When card payments open, golfers pay the $5 inside the price instead (or you can cover it). 0% on sponsorships, auction, add-ons and donations.
