After the event

Plan next year with Insights

Read the suggestions on Insights, Plan next year: what to keep, change and add, with a priority for each.

After the event, Insights looks at how it went and suggests what to do next year.

Steps

  1. Open your event and choose Insights (under After the event in the sidebar). The Plan next year tab opens.
  2. Wait a moment while it says Analyzing your event…
  3. Read the suggestions. Each has a priority (High priority first) and, where it can, the likely effect, for example on auction items, how full the field was, add-ons or sponsors to ask back.

Good to know

  • Suggestions are written by AI from your event records. Treat them as ideas for your committee, not as facts.
  • If you see Could not load insights. Please try again., reload the page.
  • Compare with similar events on the Benchmarks tab. See Benchmark reports.
  • Ready to start? See Run it again next year.
