Issuing a refund
Refund a registration or payment directly from your Stripe dashboard.
Need to refund a golfer or sponsor? Refunds are handled in your Stripe dashboard:
- Open Stripe and find the payment (search by name or email).
- Click Refund — full or partial.
The refund returns to the customer's card in a few business days. If you refund, remember to update any pairings or counts on your side.
