Your dashboard has a sidebar on the left (on a phone, it opens from the menu button at the top left), a top bar with your account menu, and the page in the middle. Home is where you land after signing in.
Home
- Launch checklist and New event buttons at the top.
- Four numbers: Events in your account, Golfers signed up across all events, Link shares (times your event link was copied, downloaded or shared) and Next event (days until it).
- Your events: each event with its date, status (Draft, Published, Live or Finished) and goal. Click the name or Open to go into it. Duplicate copies an event's setup, pricing, add-ons, auction items and contests into a new draft for next year; golfers and payments are not copied.
- Get your first event live: four steps (create, customize the page, publish, share). Each step has a button and a help link. Click the X to hide the card; it also disappears when all four are done.
- Card payments: shows On or Not on yet, with Go to Get paid.

The top bar
Click your organization's name at the top right for Organization settings, Your profile, Team (admins), Pricing, Help center and Sign out.
Inside an event
Open an event and the sidebar switches to that event's sections, with All events at the top to come back. A bar across the top shows the event's name, date, status and links to the public Event page and Leaderboard. See A tour of an event.
Ask AI
The Ask AI button floats at the bottom right of every dashboard page. It can look things up, make changes after you confirm, and hand a problem to a person. See Use Ask AI, and reach a person.
Board members (Viewer role)
Viewers see a note at the top: "View-only access." They can look at every page but not change anything, and they do not see Team or the New event button in the sidebar. See What Admin, Editor and Viewer can do.
