Two emails go to everyone signed up when you choose: the Pre-event reminder and the Post-event thank-you. Everyone on your list gets them, including golfers who pay you directly and golfers you added or imported, as long as they have an email.

Steps
- Open Messages, then the Emails tab.
- Tap Pre-event reminder (or Post-event thank-you).
- Edit the Subject and Body. Tap a variable such as {{event_date}} or {{course_where}} to add it; it is filled in for each golfer. The preview on the right shows sample data.
- Tap Send test to me and read it on your phone.
- Tap Send to all registrants. Your browser asks you to confirm; your edits are saved first.
- A message says how many were sent, and how many were skipped because they unsubscribed.
Good to know
- Scoring links are never in emails. They go by text (to golfers who agreed) or by the group QR.
- Golfers who unsubscribed from your event emails are skipped. See Unsubscribes and email suppression.
- There is no schedule. The email goes when you tap the button.
- Sending twice emails everyone twice.
