Quick answer: you don't need the email to play. Check-in works with the email you signed up with, and your group gets its scoring link on the day.
Check these, in order
- Search your email for the event name, or for "You're registered for". It comes from the organizer's name.
- Look in spam, junk, promotions or updates.
- Check who the primary contact was. On a team sign-up, the confirmation goes only to the primary contact's email, not to each player.
- Paid by card? You may also have "Your receipt from Redswing for [event name]" when a booking fee was charged, plus a receipt from the card processor.
- Reserved a spot to pay the organizer? There's no paid receipt yet. The "How to pay" screen was your confirmation. The organizer confirms when they get your money.
Still can't find it
Ask the organizer. They can see your sign-up and whether it's paid. They can't resend the email from Redswing, but they can confirm you're on the list.
Why this happens
Confirmations go only to the primary contact's email, and some email programs file them away. A typo in the email at sign-up also means the email went somewhere else; the organizer can fix the email on their side.
Still need help? Your tournament organizer can fix this. Reply to your confirmation email (replies go to the organizer), or ask at the check-in desk on the day.
