Check in a whole team, or one golfer

Teams often arrive together, but not always. Check-in handles both.

Who can do this: Admin or Editor

The whole team at once

1. Open Check-in and type the team name in Find a golfer.
2. Tap Check in team. The number in brackets is how many golfers it checks in.
3. The row says Everyone is here and the button turns green (Team checked in).

Only some of the team is here

1. Find the team.
2. Under the team, each golfer has their own button. Tap the golfer who arrived. Not here yet changes to Checked in.
3. The row says how many are here, for example 1 of 4 here.
4. When the rest arrive, tap Check in the rest (it shows how many are left), or tap each golfer.

A golfer who signed up alone

Their row has one Check in button, with their group and starting hole under their name.

Undo

Tap the green button again. A team goes back to No one here yet; a golfer goes back to Not here yet. See Undo a check-in.
