Flights
- You put groups in flights on Pairings, with the Flight menu on each group's card.
- When two or more flights have groups in them, the leaderboard ranks each flight on its own. A team that leads Flight B is "1" in Flight B even if Flight A teams have better scores.
- Groups with no flight go in a No flight list.
On a phone or computer
Buttons at the top of the board: All flights shows every flight one under another; tap a flight's name to see only that flight. A golfer who opens the board from their scorecard lands on their own flight.
On the TV
Every flight is on screen at once, side by side. Nothing scrolls away, so you can read each flight's leader at awards.
Several courses
If your event uses more than one course, each course has its own board ranked against its own pars. Buttons at the top switch course. In TV mode the courses take turns on screen.
What Redswing does not do
- It does not break ties within a flight. See Ties and disputes.
- With only one flight in use, the board is a single list.
