Print after your pairings are final. These are also your backup if phones fail.
Time: about 5 minutes. You will need: pairings made, and a printer (letter paper; cart signs fit a half sheet).
Steps
- Open Pairings.
- At the top, tap Scorecards, Tee sheet or Cart signs. The button says "Generating…" for a moment.
- The PDF opens in a new tab. Use your browser's print or save option.
What is on each
| What you get | |
|---|---|
| Tee sheet | A cover page (event, date, course, start, format, number of golfers and groups). Then the groups listed by flight, in order of starting hole or time: group number, hole or time, team and golfers. |
| Cart signs | One half-sheet sign per group (5.5 by 8.5 inches): group number, starting hole or tee time, golfer names, event name and date, and sponsor logos if you have them. |
| Scorecards | One landscape page per group: event, date, course, group, team, starting hole or tee time, flight, golfers (numbered, with handicap if used), then a grid of holes with pars, OUT and TOT. |
Scorecards: the score lines
- Scramble: one line, TEAM SCORE.
- Every other format: one line per golfer, with their name, so each golfer writes their own number.
- Closest to the pin, longest drive and hole-in-one holes are printed if you set them up.
Common problems
| What you see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "No pairings yet. Generate them first on the Pairings page." | No groups exist | Make your pairings. |
| Nothing opens | The browser blocked the new tab | Allow pop-ups for Redswing and tap again. |
| A golfer's name is wrong | Fixed after printing | Fix the name, then print again. |
| Pars look like all 4s | You did not set pars | See Enter your course and pars by hand. |
