Decide what one golfer pays, and when sign-ups stop.
Time: about 3 minutes.
Steps
- Type the Registration price per player in dollars. Enter 0 for a free event.
- Read the box that appears under the price. It shows what golfers who pay online by card will see, and what golfers who pay you directly will see. For example, at a base price of $150, a golfer paying by card sees $155 with the $5 booking fee included. You can choose to cover that fee yourself later, in Event settings.
- If a yellow warning asks "Is that the price you meant?", check for a missing or extra zero.
- Pick Registration closes if you want a deadline. Sign-up stays open through the end of that day. Leave it empty for no deadline.
- To ask golfers something (shirt size, meal), tap Add question. See Ask golfers a question at sign-up.
- Tap Next.
What the page says about paying
Free. Golfers who pay you directly or that you add cost nothing. Golfers who pay online by card add a $5 booking fee inside their price (or you can cover it).
To take cards, your organization connects its own Square account on Get paid after a quick account check. Until then golfers can reserve a spot and pay you directly (cash, check or your own link), and you mark them paid on the Golfers page.
What happens next
The next step is Add-ons.
