Step 8, AI suggestions (optional)
- Tap Get suggestions. Redswing proposes a number of flights, sponsor tiers, add-ons and auction categories from your answers. You must be signed in.
- Use Accept (flights) or Use these (sponsor tiers, add-ons) for anything you like. Ignore the rest.
- Tap Next. You can skip this step entirely.
If you are not signed in, you see Sign in and come back here. Your answers come with you.
Step 9, Review and publish
- Read the Review list: name, charity, course, date, format, price, max players, value of goods and services, EIN, goal, add-ons and sponsor tiers. Anything you left empty says "Not set".
- Read What you pay Redswing. It repeats the fee rules.
- If the yellow tax warning shows, decide whether to fix it now or publish and fix it later. See Step 5, Tax and disclosures.
- Tap Publish event.
Publish early
Once you have a name, a course and a date, a Publish now button appears on every step. Use it to get your link fast and add the rest later.
What happens next
- Redswing creates your public event page and emails you the link.
- You land on your event Overview, where the link, Copy link and Download QR code are at the top.
- If you were not signed in, you sign in first and return to this step with your answers. Press Publish event once more.
Common problems
