Set up your event

Swap two golfers

Trade two golfers between groups so both groups stay the same size.

Use a swap when both groups are full, or you want two people to trade places.

Who can do this: Admin or Editor.

Steps

  1. Open Pairings.
  2. Find the first golfer on their group card.
  3. Open the Swap with… menu. It lists golfers in other groups, grouped by group.
  4. Pick the second golfer.
  5. A message says "Golfers swapped".

What happens next

  • Each group keeps its size and its captain slot. The incoming golfer takes the outgoing golfer's captain mark.
  • Payment and check-in do not change.
  • Reprint what you printed.

When a swap is refused

What you seeWhy
"Scores are already entered for one of these groups, so golfers cannot be swapped."One of the groups has scores.
"Those two golfers are already in the same group."Pick someone from another group.
"There is no other group to swap with."Only one group.
