Open Event settings in the event sidebar. The page title is Settings. Cards with a Save button save when you press it. The switches and boxes in the lists further down save as soon as you change them.
The cards, top to bottom
- Event details. Name, date, start time, course, price, team size, max players, close date, time zone, description. Details
- How golfers pay you. The text a golfer sees right after reserving a spot they will pay you for (cash, check or your own link). Empty means they see your contact email. Tap Save payment instructions.
- Add-ons on the sign-up form. Details
- Event times. Check-in opens and Shotgun start. Details
- Who pays the Redswing booking fee. My golfers pay it (recommended) or We will cover it. Details
- Tournament directory. Details
- Course & scorecard. Details
- Display. Details
- Registration. Allow individual registration, Allow a waitlist when sold out, Require phone number, Spots-remaining warning threshold, Allow registration changes, Custom confirmation message.
- Scoring. See below.
- Auction and Notifications. Item count and bid amounts, plus emails to you: New registration alert, Registration alert threshold (every Nth), Scoring complete alert, Auction close alert, Daily digest email.
- Send test email. Sends a test to you.
The scoring switches
- Allow score edits. On: golfers can fix a score after their card is finished. Off: once a group finishes its card, its saved scores are locked and only you can change them.
- Show running total during round. Shows each team their total as they play.
- Show a note when a team finishes scoring. Shows a note at the top of your Scoring page listing finished groups. It does not send an email or text.
The waitlist switch
Allow a waitlist when sold out needs a Max players number. Then a full event shows Join the waitlist. See Sold out and waitlists.
Viewers
If you have view-only access, the cards show but you cannot save. Ask an Admin or Editor.
