You will not lose your work if you close the page.
Two kinds of unfinished
- You never pressed Publish. The wizard keeps your answers and your step on this device and browser. Tap New event again and it opens on the step you were on.
- You have a draft event. Duplicated events and some events started for you are drafts. A draft is in your dashboard and golfers cannot see it.
Steps for a wizard in progress
- Use the same device and browser.
- Tap New event on your dashboard.
- Check the step bar. You land where you left off.
- Finish and tap Publish event.
Steps for a draft event
- Open the event from your dashboard.
- Read the yellow box: "This event is a draft. Golfers cannot see it yet."
- Check the details in Event settings.
- Tap Publish event. If something blocks it (date in the past, a close date that already passed), the message says what to fix.
Common problems
| What you see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The wizard is empty on another computer | Answers are stored in the browser | Re-enter them there, or finish on the first computer. |
| The page says "not found" | Draft events are not public | Publish it. See My event page shows not found. |
| I cleared my browser data | The saved answers went with it | Start again. |
