Edit or delete an auction item

Who can do this: Admin or Editor

Edit an item

1. Open Auction and find the item.
2. Click Edit on its row. The right-hand card becomes Edit #N.
3. Change the Photo, Title, Description, Min bid ($), Increment ($) or Fair market value ($).
4. Click Save changes, or Cancel.

If you already printed bid sheets, print them again after changing the title or starting bid.

Delete an item

1. Click the X on the item's row ("Delete item N").
2. The box "Delete this item?" says the item and its bids are removed for good.
3. Click Delete item to confirm.

Good to know

• Deleting cannot be undone. The remaining items keep their numbers.
• An item marked Paid cannot have its winner changed. If you recorded a wrong amount before marking it paid, use Change winner.
