Your event has a public page just for sponsors. Its address is your event page address with /sponsor on the end. Send the link to businesses by email, text, social media, or hand it out on a flyer.

Steps
- Open Sponsors.
- Click Copy sponsor packages link. The button says Copied! and a "Link copied" message appears.
- Paste the link where you want it.
- To see the page the way a sponsor does, click Public sponsor packages page — click to preview under the page title.
The page works only after the event is published. A draft event shows "not found".
What sponsors see
It depends on whether your organization takes card payments.
Card payments are on (your Square account is connected and approved):
- The sponsor sees your Accepting packages as cards with price, benefits and, if limited, "N left" or "Sold out".
- They click Select on a package.
- They fill in Company name, Contact name, Email, Phone, an optional logo, and an optional box to add the card cost. That box starts unticked.
- They click Continue to payment, pay by card, and see "Thank you". Their row appears on your Sponsors page as Paid.
Card payments are not on yet:
- The sponsor sees the same packages, read-only, with Reserve buttons.
- Above the form they read: "This event doesn't take card payments online. Pick a package to reserve it, leave your details, and [your charity] will contact you about paying them directly."
- They fill in the form and click Tell the organizer I am interested.
- You get their message in Sponsor messages and by email. Nothing is charged. See Follow up on sponsor messages.
You have no open packages: the page shows "Sponsor packages are not open yet. Tell the organizer you are interested and they will email you", with the same form.

What happens next
- A sponsor who paid online appears under Sponsors with their amount, and the money goes to your organization's Square account, not to Redswing.
- A sponsor who left a message waits for you. After they agree, use Add a sponsor to record them.
- The sample event never takes sponsor money.
