Set up on-course stations

A station is one thing you sell or run out on the course: mulligans, the beer cart, a putting contest. Each station has a name, a price, and its own running total, so you can see which ones made money.

Who can do this: Admin or Editor Time: about 5 minutes

Before you start

• With card payments on for your organization, each station gets a pay link and a QR sign. Golfers scan, pay on their phone, and Redswing takes no fee on station payments. Your card processor's fee applies.
• With card payments off, you can still name and price each station, and you collect cash or checks and write them down with Record sales. See Record cash and check sales at a station. The page says so at the top.

Steps

1. Open Stations in the event sidebar (in the On the day group).
2. Quick add: click one of the buttons. Each makes a station in one click and then greys out:

3. Or click Add a station to build your own:

• Name, like "Long Drive – Hole 7".
• Type: Contest, Product, Mulligan or Other.
• Fixed price (type the dollars), or Pay what you want.
• Description (optional).

4. Click Create station.

Each station's buttons

• Poster: opens a sign to print. See Print a station QR sign.
• QR: downloads the QR code alone.
• Link: copies the pay link.
• Hide / Show: hides a station from golfers without deleting it ("Hidden" label).
• The trash can: deletes the station. You are asked to confirm, and it cannot be undone.
• Record sales: writes down cash and checks.

At the top, Raised via stations and Payments show your totals.
