Print bid sheets

Print one paper bid sheet per item, or all of them at once.

Who can do this: Admin or Editor You will need: your items added, a printer, and pens

Steps

  1. Open Auction.
  2. To print every item: click Print all bid sheets. To print one item: click Bid sheet on its row.
  3. A PDF opens in a new tab. If nothing opens, allow pop-ups for this site and try again.
  4. Print it. Each sheet has room for 15 bids.

Tips

  • Print a few extra sheets per popular item, so guests can keep bidding when one fills up.
  • Use clipboards or table stands, and give every table a pen.
  • If you change an item after printing, print its sheet again.
  • Keep the sheets after the auction. You need them to record the winners: Record an auction winner.
