Who can do this: Admin or Editor You will need: how many were sold, or the amount you collected
Steps
- Open Stations.
- On the station (for example Mulligans), click Record sales.
- Type How many sold. For example, 8.
- Leave Amount received ($) blank to use the station's price for each one. If the station has no set price (pay what you want), type the amount.
- Choose How it was paid: Cash or Check.
- Optional: add a Note (optional).
- Click Save sales.
You can record sales in several batches during the day.
What happens next
- The station line says "Cash and checks you wrote down: $X (N entries)".
- The money counts in your totals and report. In Donors it appears under Station sales. These are sales, not donations.
- Nothing is sent to any golfer.
Common problems
