Who can do this: Admin or Editor You will need: a printer, tape or a stand, and card payments turned on (otherwise the QR code leads golfers to a page that cannot take payment)
Steps
- Open Stations.
- On the station, click Poster. A printable sign opens in a new tab.
- Print it. Large print is easiest to scan from a golf cart.
- Put it at the station: a table, a cart, or a stake on the tee box.
Other options on the same row:
- QR downloads just the QR code as a picture (to add to your own sign).
- Link copies the pay link so you can text or post it.
What golfers do
They scan the code with their phone camera and pay. Each payment is counted back to that station. See Golfers can't pay at a station if it fails.
Backup if the signal or cards fail
Collect cash or checks and write them down with Record sales. See Record cash and check sales at a station.
