Quick fix: check the card number, expiry, security code and ZIP, then tap the pay button again. If it still fails, try another card.

Check these, in order
- Typos in the card number, expiry, security code or ZIP code.
- Your bank may block a first-time payment to a new organization. Approve it in your bank's app, then try again.
- A different card, or a different browser or phone.
- Your signal. A dropped connection can stop the payment before it's sent.
Was I charged?
If you saw "The payment did not go through", no one was charged. A pending amount on your banking app usually disappears on its own. If you think you paid twice, don't pay again: ask the organizer to check. They can refund a double payment.
Still not working
Ask the organizer whether you can pay them directly instead. They can add you by hand.
Still need help? Your tournament organizer can fix this. Reply to your confirmation email (replies go to the organizer), or ask at the check-in desk on the day.
