Quick fix (try this first): take cash or a check, and write it down later with Record sales.
Check these, in order
- Is the station hidden? On Stations, a hidden station shows a "Hidden" label. Click Show.
- Are card payments on? At the top of Stations, if you read "Card payments are not turned on for your organization", golfers cannot pay by phone. Fix it on Get paid: Why card payments are off.
- Is it the right code? Each station has its own QR. A poster from a deleted or older station does not work. Print again: Print a station QR sign.
- Is the signal weak? Move to where there is signal, or use the Link button to text the pay link.
- Is the QR code blurry or small? Reprint it larger.
Still not working: the backup
Collect cash or checks. After the event (or at lunch), click Record sales on the station and enter how many were sold and how they paid. See Record cash and check sales at a station.
