Check these, in order
- No button at all? It only appears when there's at least one paid contribution (No paid contributions yet.). Record cash and checks first.
- Add your EIN and mailing address above to enable letter downloads. Fill in EIN (Tax ID) and Mailing address, then Save tax info.
- Letters are turned off because this organization is not marked as a 501(c)(3). Tick the box if you are one. If not, see If your group isn't a 501(c)(3).
- Letters are turned off until every auction item that sold has a fair market value. Add a value to each listed item on Auction.
- Enter what golfers receive before sending letters. Fill in Registration value or tick the donation-only box, then Save.
- The button works but nothing opens. Allow pop-ups for this site, or try another browser. Letters open in a new tab.
- A page saying "No contributions to acknowledge yet." Nothing is paid yet. Mark payments paid first.
