Quick fix (try this first): ask them to search their inbox, spam and junk for "You're invited to join".
Check these, in order
- The address. On Team, look under Pending invites. If the email is misspelled, click Revoke and invite the right address.
- Spam, junk, promotions. The email comes from Redswing's no-reply address with the subject "You're invited to join [your organization] on Redswing". Ask them to mark it as not spam.
- Work email filters. Some organizations hold emails from new senders. Ask them to check their quarantine, or invite a personal email instead.
- Send it again. There is no resend button: click Revoke on the pending invite, then invite the same email again. A new email goes out with a new link.
- Already accepted? If the invite is gone from Pending invites and they appear under Members, they are in. They sign in with that email.
Still not working: the backup
- Invite another email address they use, such as a personal one.
- They can still help on event day without an account: golfers score from group links, and anyone you give a group link or QR code can use it.
