Quick fix (try this first): check the group number. On Scoring, find the golfer's real group and show them that group's QR.
Check these, in order
- The team name is the captain's. The card shows the team name of the group's captain (the first golfer in the group). If you paired single golfers together, everyone in that group sees the captain's team name. The golfers listed are right; only the name looks odd.
- The golfer was moved. A golfer's own link follows them. If you moved them on Pairings, their link now opens their new group. Check Pairings to confirm that is right.
- A group QR on the wrong cart. Group QRs and group links always open the group they belong to. If the cart sign was swapped, the group is scoring for another group. Swap the signs, and fix any holes they entered on the wrong card.
- A forwarded link. Someone shared their link with a golfer in another group. Give that golfer their own group's QR.
Scores entered on the wrong card
Open the wrong group's card from Scoring (Scoring links, then Open) and put back the right numbers, then enter the holes on the right group's card. See Fix a wrong score.

Open Ask AI (the red button in your dashboard) and describe what you see. It can look at your event and hand the problem to a person at Redswing. If the dashboard will not load, email hello@redswing.io from any device. On event day, switch to the paper backup first so play never waits on a reply.
