Quick fix: scan the QR code on your cart or at the check-in desk, or ask a teammate to send you their link. Any link for your group opens the same scorecard.
Why you may not have a text
Texts only go to golfers who ticked the text box for their own phone. Many golfers get the link another way:
- a QR code on the cart sign or at check-in,
- a link by email,
- a link a teammate forwards.
A group only needs one phone to score, but every phone in the group can.
Check these, in order
- Your teammates. If one has the link, they can text it to you.
- The QR code on your cart or at the desk.
- Your email, including spam.
- The check-in desk. Volunteers can give you your group's link or QR.

Still not working: the backup
Keep score on paper and hand it to the organizer at the end. They can enter it. See Playing without a smartphone.
Still need help? Your tournament organizer can fix this. Reply to your confirmation email (replies go to the organizer), or ask at the check-in desk on the day.
