Quick fix: search your email for "Thank you for supporting" and the event name, including spam.
Draft for legal review: This article describes how Redswing works in plain language. It is not tax or legal advice and an attorney has not reviewed it yet. Ask your own tax advisor or attorney about your situation.
Check these, in order
- Spam, junk or promotions. It comes from the organizer's name.
- The email you typed. A typo sends it elsewhere. The organizer can see your gift and the email on it.
- Where you gave. A quick gift from the Round complete screen has no email field, so no email follows it.
- Cash or check? No email is sent automatically.
- The organizer may have turned the thank-you off. Some send their own.
Get a letter
Ask the organizer. They can see your gift and can send an acknowledgment letter from the charity.
Still need help? Your tournament organizer can fix this. Reply to your confirmation email (replies go to the organizer), or ask at the check-in desk on the day.
